hi! my name is tally (she/her), i’m a queer white trans woman therapist in so-called seattle, washington on Occupied Duwamish Lands.
i work to create gender-affirming, trauma-informed care for teens + adults under a liberation framework. informed by generative somatics, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectic behavioral therapy, my therapeutic practice works towards embodied healing + intentional care.
i have worked with Collective Justice, Country Doctor Community Health Clinic, Nova High School, Ingersoll Gender Center, and other orgs.
my therapy practice is highly informed by my work in organizing on abolition + anti-imperialism + decolonization. also, in working with mutual aid groups supporting people who are: lgbtq+/trans, disabled, unhoused, formerly or currently incarcerated, and without access or barriers to accessing food.

Individual Therapy (50 Minutes): $155 Couples Therapy (60 Minutes): $175 Family/Group Therapy (80 Minutes): $215
Sliding Scale Available: I also provide a Sliding Scale option to meet each person where they are. I understand the challenges and barriers in accessing mental health care outside of insurance. Please let me know if this is something you are interested in and we can chat more!

Excited to announce that soon there will be a Trans Group run + co-facilitated by me and another Trans Therapist!
This will be a T4T space for Trans people to come together, to feel seen, to grieve, to heal and to grow all under a liberation framework with gender-affirming care.

Hourly Rate: $120-175 (Sliding Scale Available)
By my work outside of the system, I have seen the possibility to restore + heal relationships in conflict. I offer my services in classes, workshops + support in conflict work. Conflict can be hard and scary, but we’re not alone.
My work is survivor-centered and I do NOT work with non-profits.

i am a trans girl dyke who practices mutual aid and works towards decolonization + abolition every day. although professionally trained in therapy, im also trained in poetry. i enjoy making art/music + reading + gardening + cooking + playing music + being outside with the birds & trees & seas and of course spending time with lovely friends.
